Step 1. Selecting the Correct Material Grade

- Elasticity and hardness must be balanced for effective impact and vibration damping.
- Rubber-to-metal bonded parts require specialized vibration and fatigue testing.
- Continuous load applications must be validated through fatigue and endurance tests.
Step 4. Environmental and Chemical Exposure Analysis
- Resistance to oils, chemicals, humidity, and UV must be evaluated for longevity.
